Request Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your TelePrompter PRO MAX account and remove all your personal data from our systems, you can do so in two ways:
What happens when you delete your account?
- All your scripts synced to the cloud will be permanently deleted.
- Your account and login credentials will be removed.
- This action is irreversible. If you decide to use the app again, you will need to create a new account from scratch.
Method 1 (Recommended): Open the TelePrompter PRO MAX app, go to Settings and tap the Delete Account option for instant deletion of your data.
Method 2: If you no longer have access to the installed app, send an email to our support team by clicking the button below:
